AFI.tv features a pair of IFAF European Championship matches, as well as Sportmonda Bowl and German Football League action

It’s a football weekend again on AFI.tv underlined by two European Championship of the International Federation of American Football matches and a big flag football tournament.

Team Sweden Head towards Helsinki, Finland to deal with Team Finland in one IFAF European Championship semi-final while the Serbian national team visits Austria to play Team Austria in one IFAF European Championship placement game. One of the biggest flag football tournaments in Europe takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark with 30 teams participating in four different divisions. Meanwhile, the German Football League is heading into the second half of the season with five games on the line.

saturday 7 august

the Bowl Sportmonda VII international flag football tournament Denmark opens on Saturday August 7 at 10:00 a.m. CET (10:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m. ET) and until 6:00 p.m. CET (6:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. ET).

The semi-finals of the IFAF European Championship will kick off on Saturday 7 August when Team Finland and Team Sweden meet. Game time is 12:30 p.m. CET (12:30 p.m., 6:30 a.m.ET).

The German Football League enters the second half of the season with a GFL North clash between the Dresden Monarchs and the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes. Kick-off is at 3:00 p.m. CET (3:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.ET).

the The Munich Cowboys (3-3) will host the Marburg Mercenaries (2-4) in a German Football League South battle at 4:00 p.m. CET (4:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.ET).

Sunday 8 August

the The Sportmonda Bowl international flag football tournament continues Sunday from Denmark with the opening matches at 9:00 a.m. CET (9:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m.ET).

GFL South action continues Sunday with the Stuttgart Scorpions (1-5) visiting Kempten, Germany to face the Allgäu Comets (3-1). Kick-off is at 3:00 p.m. CET (3:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.ET).

The Potsdam Royals (4-1) face the Berlin Rebels (1-5) in the first of two straight games between the two GFL North teams. Game time is 3:00 p.m. CET (3:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.ET).

The Austrian team will fight for fifth place at the IFAF European Championships when they will face the Serbian national team on Sunday August 8 in Vienna at 3:00 p.m. CET (3:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m.ET).
