A real party in “Central Europe”! ‘Budapest’ welcomes new happy tenants!
These days, the mixed-use and commercial, sports and entertainment, cultural and financial complex of Minsk World shone not only with the rays of a warm autumn sun, but also with the smiles of new tenants happy to a 22-storey house in Budapest as they received keys in an official ceremony.
This prestigious house stands out for its color and unusual shape among the houses of the Central European district. It is an architectural complex of six single-storey houses of 15 to 25 floors and a 7-storey house.
Central Europe district
“Central Europe” is a district that offers absolutely everything for a happy childhood, a healthy and sporty development of the young generation and the maintenance of a good physical shape of adults of all ages. At the heart of the neighborhood are six playgrounds, each of which is a place of exuberant joy for children and absolute confidence for moms and dads in the safety of their children.
Playground in the Central Europe district
Minsk World children’s playgrounds are made of environmentally friendly materials. These “castles” and “sailboats”, “rockets” and “jungles” have a soft surface. In the district of Central Europe, pedestrian paths lead to the children’s play areas and do not cross the roadway.

The surrounding grounds of the mixed-use complex neighborhoods are traffic-free. This allows moms and dads, who have chosen a new comfort and safety coordinate system to live in, to get their children used to independence, giving them a little more freedom to move around the well-appointed quarters. .
A bird’s eye view of the Central Europe district
The inhabitants of the Central Europe district easily instill in their children a taste for physical activity. In the training zones, children from the age of 5 can do achievable exercises to develop their muscles, improve their posture and strengthen their immune system. There is a basketball stadium and a tennis court in the area. These sports develop endurance, coordination and agility. Vision improves, as does the ability to think logically and solve problems out of the box.
A happy moment of handing over the keys!
Let’s push the doors of the Budapest house and feel the emotions experienced by the new tenants when they receive their keys!
The seat of the Hungarian parliament, pictured here, has 691 rooms!
When you enter the house, you immediately see a beautiful image of an old building from the 19th century. The seat of the Hungarian parliament, located on the left bank of the Danube, is not only a majestic building (and the largest in the country) designed in a combination of neo-Gothic and Beaux-Arts architectural styles. It is a cornerstone of Hungarian history. The decision to build it was taken in 1973 – after the merger of Buda and pest.
The entrance halls of Minsk World houses are a comfort zone, where there is not only an office for a concierge, whose presence increases the prestige and overall security of the house, but also a seating area for guests and a sanitary room, where mothers can take care of their babies, and dog owners can take care of their four-legged friends (there is a paw wash there).
The lobby is pleasant and spacious (it measures 47 m2 and 3.6 m high). There is a place to store strollers and bicycles. The bicycle box is designed for 24 bicycles. Parents can safely leave a stroller in this guarded area before going upstairs.
In addition to the passenger and goods elevator with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg and the passenger elevator with a maximum lifting capacity of 650 kg, the Budapest house also has a panoramic elevator with large glass windows. ‘where you can enjoy a wonderful view. The new residents of the Budapest house shared their impressions of this cozy new home. Let’s hear what they have to say!
“… The impressions are exceptionally pleasant and positive! We really like the house. It is located in the city center. There is a road junction, all exits, infrastructure, playgrounds, a nice design. It is very interesting and beautiful here and there is a lot to do and see here.”
Indeed, the district was built to the “15-minute city” concept, which means everything you need is within walking distance and/or accessible by bike. So you can have fun, work, learn, raise children, run a business without leaving the cozy and safe complex. In these shell&core apartments, you can realize the interior design project of your dreams.
“… Everything is within walking distance here, absolutely. The metro is nearby. Using the metro you can reach any district of Minsk, you can easily get anywhere. There is a school nearby, just across the road. There are also shops. The Avia Mall shopping and entertainment center is under construction just around the corner. All this distinguishes Minsk World and the Central European district from other construction projects in Minsk.
On September 1, a modern school with a 25-meter swimming pool opened in the nearby Champions district, literally opposite the Budapest house.
New school in Minsk World
The educational institution has a good quality infrastructure to enhance the learning experience of children and adolescents. There are spacious and bright classrooms, gymnasiums, facilities for playing mini-football, volleyball and basketball.
Area adjacent to the new school
The construction of the largest shopping and entertainment center in Belarus, Avia Mall, is underway. The International Financial Center will open nearby. It will become a unique business center that will place Minsk World next to the best business districts in the world. It will also drive up the prices of residential housing in the complex. The house in Budapest is located next to the International Financial Center, therefore the purchase of apartments in this house is a real estate investment of unprecedented profitability, the price of which will increase very soon.
“… The availability of kindergartens and schools was the most important factor that influenced our decision-making when choosing a house. Our school is just across the road. Having a nearby metro station was also important, since we don’t have a car. It’s great that we can quickly get to any area of Minsk. I am also looking forward to the commissioning of the new Aerodromnaya metro station – it is simply wonderful!
The kindergartens are located in neighboring districts of Southern Europe and Eurasia. They are built in the center of a district of Minsk World, in other words, in the adjacent safe territory.

Everything is done in the multifunctional complex to make car owners feel more comfortable than in other spaces and allow them to keep their vehicles in safe conditions allowing maximum preservation of the bodywork – in guarded parking lots with automated access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for owners.
Minsk World parking lots are located outside the neighborhoods
Arranging parking lots along the outer contour of neighborhoods saves a lot of time for those rushing to the office in the morning. The Budapest house is surrounded by parking lots on three sides. One of the entrances leads to a parking lot with direct access to a new thoroughfare – Belgradskaya Street. Later, you can take a street named after the legendary composer Igor Luchenok. Driving along this street you can reach a roundabout which was opened last year and from there you can reach any part of Minsk in 15 minutes!
A new roundabout near the building of Minsk Airport 1
The network of land transport lines is well developed (stops are located along the perimeter of the multifunctional complex and make it possible to reach any part of the city). Metro is already operational in Minsk World. Kovalskaya Sloboda metro station was opened in November 2020. The distance from the station to the newly built cozy house in Budapest is only 1.35 km. A new metro station should open a few hundred meters away of this house in 2023. A lobby of the Aerodromnaya metro station will be located on Mira Avenue, which plays the role of an artery adjacent to the cozy Central European district.
In-situ concreting has been completed at the Aerodromnaya metro station. Finishing work using ceramic granite is in progress. The construction of some rooms has been completed. Electricians and ventilation equipment specialists work to install, adjust and test support systems. More than 100 various specialists work at the site.
The Central Europe district adjoins the Happy Planet district where a new urban park of approximately 40ha will see the light of day. It will offer a maximum of possibilities for good leisure activities for young and old!
