Homeowner Revolving credit
The Homeowner revolving credit, also called woz credit, is a loan for people who have an owner-occupied home and is equal to the revolving credit but with a lower interest rate. The Homeowner revolving credit is a loan with a mortgage statement and means that you agree to the condition that you do not burden your home with a mortgage, without the permission of the bank where your Homeowner revolving credit is placed. At the request of the bank, you will also cooperate in establishing a mortgage on your home. This is generally only if you are in arrears with payment.
